Terms of service

1. Service

YusHosting provides subdomain hosting under yusyus.xyz: a web root, PHP runtime, one MySQL database, and a free TLS certificate for the duration of your plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials private. You are responsible for all activity on your account and sites.

3. Payment and renewal

Plans are prepaid for the period shown at checkout. Sites expire at the end of the period. Reminders are sent by email. Expired sites are suspended and files are retained for 30 days, then deleted permanently.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal content, phishing, malware, spam, port scanning, cryptocurrency mining, or anything that violates Malaysian law. No excessive resource use that degrades service for others.

5. Backups

You are responsible for your own backups. We may take snapshots but do not guarantee recovery of deleted or corrupted data.

6. Suspension

We may suspend a site immediately for abuse, non-payment, or legal requests. Fees are not refunded for suspensions caused by violations.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 3 months.
